In Maryland, Western Garrett County. In West Virginia, Western Grant and Western Pendleton Counties.

From 4 AM Monday to midnight EST Monday Night.

* IMPACTS...
Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the Monday morning and evening commutes.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
Rain to change to snow by around or shortly after midnight. Snow showers will continue on and off through Monday and Monday night, before gradually winding down Tuesday morning. While snow showers will be possible over that prolonged period, locally heavy bursts of snow may be possible later Monday afternoon and Monday evening, with the greatest impacts expected during that time.
