At 1014 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking gusty showers along a line extending from near Sistersville to 8 miles south of Spencer.
Movement was east at 30 mph. Showers moving into very dry air was causing brief, strong wind gusts.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.
SOURCE...Surface observations indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects.

Spencer, Harrisville, St. Marys, Glenville, Middlebourne, Grantsville, Paden City, Sistersville, Pennsboro, West Union, Arnoldsburg, Cedar Creek State Park, North Bend State Park, Big Otter, Wallback, Matamoras, Ellenboro, Cairo, Pullman, and Friendly.
This includes the following highways...
Interstate 79 between mile markers 28 and 32, and between mile markers 34 and 46.
Route 50 in West Virginia between mile markers 26 and 58.
