LAERLX The following message is transmitted at the request of the WV Kanawha County.
A shelter in place has been issued within 1 mile of the Catalyst Refiners in Institute. This includes from West Virginia State University to the Nitro / Saint Albans bridge on the Route 25 and Route 60 side of the Kanawha River. This does not include within the St. Albans city limits. Please tune into local news and radio for updates.
