At 348 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong thunderstorms along a line extending from near Lexington to High Rock Lake to near Badin Lake. Movement was north at 10 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and pea size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible.
Locations impacted include...
Winston-Salem, High Point, Lexington, Badin Lake, Thomasville, Clemmons, Linwood, Trinity, Badin, and Denton.
