Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

- At 1054 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen.
- Locations in southeastern Buncombe County along Rock Creek Road, Press Owenby Drive could see nuisance to minor flooding develop.
Locations in northeastern Henderson County along Grant Mountain Road and Morning Air Lane could see nuisance to minor flooding develop. Locations in western Rutherford County along Wolf Creek Drive could also see nuisance to minor flooding develop.
