Portions of southeast Ohio, including the following counties, Athens, Gallia, Jackson, Meigs, Vinton and Washington and West Virginia, including the following counties, Jackson, Mason, Pleasants, Wirt and Wood.

* WHEN...
Until 130 PM EST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...
Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 138 AM EST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain across the warned area. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen.
- Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1.5 inches are possible in the warned area.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Parkersburg, Athens, Belpre, Jackson, Wellston, Pomeroy, Mcarthur, Albany, Elizabeth, Racine, Coolville, Rutland, Forked Run State Park, Lake Hope State Park, Vienna, New Haven, Mason, Tuppers Plains, Washington and Lubeck.
