* IMPACTS...
At 38.0 feet, Several roads in low lying areas along the river flood.
At 40.0 feet, In Warfield, low sections of Riverfront Road flood.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 4:00 PM EST Monday the stage was 44.1 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage late this evening and continue falling to 11.4 feet Saturday morning.
- Flood stage is 38.0 feet.
- Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of 49.0 feet on 05/08/1984.
