At 1003 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm and gust front 9 miles southeast of Gallipolis, moving southeast at 25 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include...
Point Pleasant, Gallipolis, Winfield, Hurricane, Eleanor, Buffalo, Poca, Teays Valley, Culloden, Bancroft, Crown City, Henderson, Leon, Southside, Liberty, Ashton, Grimms Landing, Gallopolis Ferry, and Fraziers Bottom.
This includes Interstate 64 in West Virginia between mile markers 32 and 43.
