The Flood Warning will expire at 415 AM EDT early this morning for portions of southwest Virginia, including the following county, Buchanan and southern West Virginia, including the following counties, McDowell, Mingo and Wyoming.
The heavy rain has ended. Flood waters have receded. Flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to heed remaining road closures.
A Flood Watch remains in effect until 800 AM EDT Wednesday for portions of southeast Ohio and West Virginia...
