Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 401 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated the heavy rain has ended, however minor flooding is still possible in the advisory area due to earlier heavy rainfall.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Winston-Salem, Kernersville, Walkertown, and Sedge Garden.
