The Flood Warning will expire at 315 AM EDT early this morning for portions of southern and western West Virginia, including the following counties, in southern West Virginia, Lincoln and Putnam. In western West Virginia, Cabell.
The heavy rain has ended. Flood waters have receded. Flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to heed any remaining road closures.
A Flood Watch remains in effect until 800 AM EDT Friday for portions of northeast Kentucky, southeast Ohio, southwest Virginia, and West Virginia...
