Charleston, Nitro, Winfield, Jefferson, South Charleston, St. Albans, Dunbar, Hurricane, Barboursville, Sissonville, Milton, Eleanor, Poca, Cross Lanes, Ona, Culloden, Institute, Teays Valley, Tornado, and Bancroft.
This includes the following highways...
Interstate 77 in West Virginia between mile markers 104 and 113.
Interstate 64 in West Virginia between mile markers 20 and 53.
Heavy rain may cause ponding of water on roadways and flooding in low-lying areas. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.
Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall may also cause flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses, as well as other drainage areas and low lying spots.
