At 744 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 11 miles northeast of Hendersonville, or 4 miles west of Bat Cave, moving south at 15 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to outdoor objects is possible.
Locations impacted include...
Hendersonville, Fairview In Buncombe County, Dana, Gerton, and Edneyville.
