.Heavy rainfall of 2 to 3 inches this weekend will result in minor flooding along the Tug Fork River in and around Kermit.

From Sunday morning to late Monday evening.

* IMPACTS...
At 38.0 feet, Several roads in low lying areas along the river flood.
At 40.0 feet, In Warfield, low sections of Riverfront Road flood.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 4:00 PM EST Saturday the stage was 16.7 feet.
- Forecast...The river will rise above flood stage tomorrow morning to 41.5 feet tomorrow evening. It will then fall early Monday morning. It will rise to 41.4 feet Monday morning. It will then fall below flood stage Monday afternoon.
- Flood stage is 38.0 feet.
- Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of 40.2 feet on 02/12/2018.
