Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. High flows and rises to near bankfull of small streams across north Charlotte, Huntersville, and the west side of Concord.

- At 417 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area.
