Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 526 AM EDT, Stream Gauge at Pavilion Blvd in Mallard Creek continues to rise above Action Stage. River will start to or already has flooded the PNC Music Pavilion parking lots and other low-lying areas along Pavilion Boulevard at its current state. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area.
