At 851 AM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong thunderstorms near Belpre, moving northeast at 45 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible.

Newport, Belmont, Beverly, Washington, Little Hocking, Macksburg, Bristol, Fleming, Vienna, Lubeck, Devola, Lower Salem, Stockport, North Hills, Parkersburg, Williamstown, Hackney, Marietta, Waverly, and Chesterhill.
This includes the following highways...
Interstate 77 in West Virginia between mile markers 176 and 186.
Interstate 77 in Ohio between mile markers 1 and 17.
Route 50 in West Virginia between mile markers 1 and 10.
