At 349 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong thunderstorms over Buckhannon, moving north at 25 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible.
Locations impacted include...
Buckhannon, Weston, Philippi, Audra State Park, Stonewall Jackson, Jackson Mill, Lost Creek, Jane Lew, Camden, Volga, Lorentz, Century, Ellamore, Tallmansville, Overhill, Hodgesville, Horner, and French Creek.
This includes the following highways...
Interstate 79 between mile markers 88 and 109.
Route 33 between mile markers 1 and 17.
