Light winds and clearing skies have allowed for valley fog to develop this morning. The fog could be locally dense, with visibilities less than a quarter of a mile in spots. Slow down and use low-beam headlights when encountering fog while driving.
Conditions are expected to improve after 9 AM this morning.
