Portions of northeast Kentucky, including the following county, Lawrence and West Virginia, including the following counties, Boone, Lincoln, Logan, Mingo and Wayne.

Until 900 PM EST.

* IMPACTS...
Flooding of creeks and streams continues due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall. Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 543 PM EST, the Blaine Creek gauge at Blaine indicates a stage of 17.5 feet and falling. Flood stage is 17 feet.
- Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Louisa, Blaine, Yatesville Lake State Park, Fort Gay, Dunlow, Kiahsville, East Lynn Lake, Ranger, Harts, Gill, Ulysses, Charley, Spurlockville, Martha, Genoa, Glenhayes, East Lynn, Clifford, Wilsondale and Crum.
