Portions of southwest Virginia and southeast West Virginia, including the following counties, in southwest Virginia, Giles. In southeast West Virginia, Mercer. * WHEN... Until 545 PM EDT. * IMPACTS... Roads may be flooded with several feet of water or covered with debris and impassible. Homes and businesses may be cut off by flood waters, and may be inaccessible until these waters recede. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 249 PM EDT, Local law enforcement reported that several roads remain closed this afternoon due to flooding, with several buildings still surrounded by flood waters. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
