The Flood Warning will expire at 430 PM EDT this afternoon for a portion of southeast Ohio, including the following counties, Athens, Meigs, Morgan, Vinton and Washington.
Flood waters have receded. Flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to heed any remaining road closures.
