Streams continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall. Low-water crossings are inundated with water and may not be passable.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 122 PM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated between 3 and 5 inches of rain have fallen earlier today. Flooding is ongoing in the warned area.
- This includes the following streams and drainages...
Back Creek, Boothe Creek, Blackwater River, Beaverdam Creek and Brush Creek.
