Snow expected. Total snow accumulations of 2 to 5 inches.
Winds gusting as high as 55 mph.

In Maryland, Garrett County. In West Virginia, Western Grant and Western Pendleton Counties.

* WHEN...
Until 7 PM EST this evening.

* IMPACTS...
Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the Thursday morning and evening commutes.
Strong winds could cause tree damage.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
Snow showers will continue today before diminishing this evening. The highest accumulations will be above 3000 feet elevation, where brief whiteout conditions are possible at times due to the strong winds coupled with falling and blowing snow.
