Locations to be impacted include...
Downtown Asheville, East Asheville, Arden, Black Mountain, Fletcher, Swannanoa, Fairview In Buncombe County, Biltmore Forest, Bat Cave, and Asheville Airport.
Very heavy rainfall rates up to 2 inches per hour will be possible in these areas.
