Until 845 PM EDT Monday. * IMPACTS... While the threat of flash flooding has ended, flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations continues. Flood waters will slowly recede through the remainder of the day. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 237 PM EDT, Widespread flash flooding occurred across portions of Mercer and Tazewell Counties, as well in the City of Bluefield in West Virginia. - This includes the following streams and drainages... Bluestone River, Blacklick Creek, Bratton Branch, Brush Creek, Big Spring Branch and Beaver Branch. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
