At 1133 AM EST, a dangerous snow squall was located along a line extending from 9 miles north of Milton to 11 miles east of Clay to Birch River, moving southeast at 20 mph.
HAZARD...Intense bursts of heavy snow. Gusty winds leading to blowing snow and visibility rapidly falling to less than one-quarter mile. Wind gusts up to 35 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Travel will become difficult and potentially dangerous within minutes.
This includes the following highways...
Interstate 79 between mile markers 8 and 27, and between mile markers 32 and 34.
Interstate 77 in West Virginia between mile markers 109 and 120.
Interstate 64 in West Virginia between mile markers 36 and 44.
Route 19 between mile markers 52 and 66.

Winfield, Clay, Sissonville, Eleanor, Buffalo, Clendenin, Poca, Birch River, Amma, Wallback, Teays Valley, Elkview, Cross Lanes, Harrison, Bancroft, Crown City, Procious, Boggs, Little Birch, and Ivydale.
