Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE...
Portions of southeast Ohio, including the following counties, Athens, Morgan, Perry and Washington and northern West Virginia, including the following counties, Pleasants and Wood.

* WHEN...
Until 400 PM EST Thursday.

* IMPACTS...
Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 552 AM EST, Doppler radar indicated another round of heavy rain. Flooding is ongoing in the warned area. Between 0.5 and 1.2 inches of rain has fallen. Duck Creek at Macksburg has reached minor flood stage at 13 feet and rising. At 13 feet, Main street near the creek floods and agricultural fields adjacent to the creek also flood. Additional rises are expected through the morning with other small streams likely flooding across the area as well.
- Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible in the warned area.

Parkersburg, Marietta, Belpre, Nelsonville, St. Marys, Glouster, McConnelsville, Beverly, Shawnee, Chesterhill, Vienna, Williamstown, Belmont, Boaz, Newport, Chauncey, Matamoras, New Straitsville, Malta and Corning.
