Heavy snow possible. Total snow accumulations of 3 and 5 inches expected. However, above 3,500 ft in elevation 8 to 10 inches will be possible, with amounts in the Smoky Mountains possibly exceeding a foot. Winds could gust as high as 35 mph as well.

The mountains of east Tennessee.
