For the Tygart Valley River...Moderate flooding is forecast.

Minor flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...
Tygart Valley River at Dailey.

* WHEN...
From this evening to late tomorrow morning.

* IMPACTS...
At 15.0 feet, Sections of WV Route 219 and Georgetown Road one tenth of a mile to the right of the river gage flood.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 6:00 PM EST Thursday the stage was 14.3 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 6:00 PM EST Thursday was 14.4 feet.
- Forecast...The river will rise to 15.2 feet just after midnight tonight. It will then fall below flood stage early Friday morning.
- Flood stage is 14.0 feet.
- Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of 15.6 feet on 05/17/1996.
