Until 500 PM EDT.

* IMPACTS...
Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Several structures are flooded.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1102 AM EDT, local law enforcement reported flooding in the warned area. Flooding is already occurring. Between 1.5 and 3 inches of rain have fallen.
- Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are possible in the warned area.
