The Flood Watch will expire for portions of east central Ohio, including the following areas, Belmont, Carroll, Coshocton, Guernsey, Harrison, Jefferson OH, Monroe, Muskingum, Noble and Tuscarawas and West Virginia, including the following areas, Brooke, Hancock, Marshall, Ohio and Wetzel.
The flooding threat has ended. Therefore, the Flood Watch will expire at 2 AM EDT early this morning.
