For the Wind Advisory, west winds 10 to 20 mph with gusts up to 50 mph expected. For the Cold Weather Advisory, very cold wind chills as low as 21 below expected.

* WHERE...
Northwest Pocahontas and Southeast Randolph Counties.

* WHEN...
For the Wind Advisory, from 8 AM to 7 PM EST Monday. For the Cold Weather Advisory, from 6 PM Monday to 2 PM EST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...
Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 21 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes. Frostbite and hypothermia will occur if unprotected skin is exposed to these temperatures. Very cold temperatures can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure.
