At 743 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over Naples, or near Cannonsburg, moving east at 40 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible.

Huntington, Ashland, Ironton, Coal Grove, Chesapeake, Proctorville, Cannonsburg, Lake Vesuvius, Barboursville, Kenova, Catlettsburg, Ceredo, Greenup, Princess, Coalton, Naples, Rush, Flatwoods, South Point, and Russell.
This includes the following highways...
Interstate 64 in Kentucky between mile markers 181 and 191.
Interstate 64 in West Virginia between mile markers 1 and 8, and between mile markers 15 and 16.
