From 2 PM EDT this afternoon through late tonight.

* IMPACTS...
Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Low-water crossings may be flooded.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Showers and thunderstorms develop this afternoon and into tonight. A nearby frontal boundary will provide focus for repeated storms to develop. This along with increasing moisture will set the stage for heavy rain and possibly flooding.
