- At 1252 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen.

Middle Fork Holston River, North Fork Holston River, Laurel Springs Creek, Beaver Creek, Hungry Mother Creek, Campbell Creek, Locust Cove Creek, Laurel Creek and Crewey Branch.
