Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.

Portions of east central Ohio, including the following areas, Belmont, Carroll, Columbiana, Coshocton, Guernsey, Harrison, Jefferson OH, Monroe, Muskingum, Noble and Tuscarawas, Pennsylvania, including the following areas, Allegheny, Beaver, Fayette, Greene, Washington and Westmoreland, and West Virginia, including the following areas, Brooke, Hancock, Marion, Marshall, Monongalia, Ohio, Preston, and Wetzel.

* WHEN...
Through Sunday evening.

* IMPACTS...
Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- One and one half to two inches of rain is expected today through Sunday.
