IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects.

Portsmouth, Wheelersburg, New Boston, Vanceburg, South Webster, Rosemount, Camp Dix, Rome, Franklin Furnace, Sciotodale, Clarktown, Blue Creek, Saint Paul, Sciotoville, Kinniconick, Charters, Friendship, Stricklett, Rexton, and Sandy Springs.
