Northwest Pocahontas and Southeast Randolph Counties.

* WHEN...
For the Cold Weather Advisory, until 10 PM EST this evening. For the Extreme Cold Warning, from 10 PM this evening to 1 PM EST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...
The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 20 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.
Frostbite and hypothermia will occur if unprotected skin is exposed to these temperatures.
