Light snow showers will take hold across the area this evening and linger into the first part of the day on Thursday. Some of these showers may be moderate in intensity at times, and lead to reduced visibility. A general 1 to 4 inches of snowfall is expected. Slick roadways will be possible later tonight and on Thursday. If traveling, allow extra time to reach your destination.
