An AMBER Alert has been issued on behalf of the Kingsport Police Department for Maria Linebaugh. Maria is a 2 year old white female, 2 feet 0 inches tall, 30 pounds, with blonde hair and blue eyes. Maria was last seen on February 17, 2025 in the area of Bowater Drive in Kingsport, TN wearing a blue long sleeve shirt with a heart, beige pants, and pink shoes. Maria is possibly in the company of Matthew Linebaugh traveling in a 2010 silver Ford Crown Victoria with TN TAG B R F 4 9 6 6.
