At 730 AM EST, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along a line extending from 5 miles south of Salisbury to 9 miles north of Monroe to 4 miles southwest of Lancaster South Carolina. Movement was east at 65 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to outdoor objects is possible.
Locations impacted include...
Monroe, Unionville, Wingate, Marshville, Mineral Springs, Rockwell, Mt Pleasant, High Rock Lake, Midland, and Fairview In Union County.
