THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WATCH 413 IN EFFECT UNTIL 9 PM EDT THIS EVENING FOR THE FOLLOWING AREAS IN OHIO THIS WATCH INCLUDES 6 COUNTIES IN SOUTHEAST OHIO ATHENS MEIGS MORGAN PERRY VINTON WASHINGTON IN WEST VIRGINIA THIS WATCH INCLUDES 9 COUNTIES IN CENTRAL WEST VIRGINIA TAYLOR IN NORTHERN WEST VIRGINIA BARBOUR DODDRIDGE HARRISON PLEASANTS RITCHIE TYLER WIRT WOOD THIS INCLUDES THE CITIES OF ATHENS, BELINGTON, BELMONT, BELPRE, BRIDGEPORT, CLARKSBURG, CROOKSVILLE, ELIZABETH, GRAFTON, HAMDEN, HARRISVILLE, MARIETTA, MCARTHUR, MCCONNELSVILLE, MIDDLEBOURNE, NEW LEXINGTON, PADEN CITY, PARKERSBURG, PENNSBORO, PHILIPPI, POMEROY, SISTERSVILLE, SOMERSET, ST.
