* At 738 AM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado was located 8 miles northwest of Sophia, or 11 miles west of Beckley, moving east at 45 mph.

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed.
