Small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE...
Portions of southwest Virginia, including the following counties, Buchanan and Dickenson and southern West Virginia, including the following counties, Boone, Logan, McDowell, Mingo and Wyoming.

* WHEN...
Until 530 PM EST.

* IMPACTS...
Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is occurring. Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 150 PM EST, gauge reports indicated heavy rain. Flooding is ongoing in the warned area. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen.
- Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Madison, Welch, Logan, Clintwood, Grundy, Pineville, Haysi, Breaks Interstate, John Flannagan Lake, Oceana, Chapmanville, Man, Delbarton, Gilbert Creek, R.d. Bailey Lake, Mallory, Hinch, Hanover, Amherstdale-Robinette and Holden.
