Coal River at Tornado.

Until tomorrow morning.

* IMPACTS...
At 27.0 feet, Coal River Road is flooded in several places along river. Smith Creek Road and Ferrell Road are impassable.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 9:15 PM EST Sunday the stage was 27.7 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 9:15 PM EST Sunday was 28.2 feet.
- Forecast...The river has crested and is expected to fall below flood stage late tonight and continue falling to 11.6 feet Friday evening.
- Flood stage is 25.0 feet.
- Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of 27.9 feet on 04/05/1977.
