For the first Cold Weather Advisory, very cold wind chills as low as 6 below. For the second Cold Weather Advisory, very cold wind chills as low as 12 below expected.

* WHERE...
Blount Smoky Mountains, Cocke Smoky Mountains, Johnson, Sevier Smoky Mountains, Southeast Carter, Southeast Greene, Southeast Monroe, and Unicoi Counties.

* WHEN...
For the first Cold Weather Advisory, until 4 PM EST this afternoon. For the second Cold Weather Advisory, from 10 PM this evening to 10 AM EST Friday.

* IMPACTS...
The cold wind chills as low as 5 below zero could result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken. Frostbite and hypothermia will occur if unprotected skin is exposed to these temperatures.
