Winds gusting as high as 40 mph, with wind chills near or slightly below zero at higher mountain elevations.

Southeast Nicholas, Southeast Webster, Northwest Pocahontas, Northwest Randolph and Southeast Randolph Counties.

* WHEN...
Until 2 PM EDT Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...
Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions could impact the morning commute. Blowing snow will lead to reduced visibilities at times.
