At 736 PM EDT, Radar and automated rain gauges estimates that between 1 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. This will cause small stream flooding. Overflowing poor drainage areas will cause minor flooding in the advisory area.
Areas impacted by the flood threat include Bath and Rockbridge counties.
