In Pennsylvania, Higher Elevations of Fayette, Higher Elevations of Westmoreland, and Higher Elevations of Indiana Counties. In West Virginia, Eastern Preston, Eastern Tucker, Preston, Ridges of Eastern Monongalia and Northwestern Preston, and Western Tucker Counties.

Until 9 AM EST Monday.

* IMPACTS...
The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 20 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.
